David has been a Townsville resident for 30 years. As a local resident, David can offer you the services of one who is passionate about the area and who believes in its potential. He has vast local knowledge of the area and some of you may remember him as the original owner/operator of the Balgal Beach Holiday Units. David is dedicated to providing the most honest and reliable to service to all of his clients. David believes in providing property owners with honest information regarding current property prices and market trends.

David believes in assisting his local community where possible. He is a member of the Rollingstone and District Lions Club and Rollingstone RSL Club. He proudly sponsors the Mystic Sands Bowls Club and the Mystic Sands Golf Pennants Team on an annual basis.

Rebecca Fitch

Rebecca is a born-and-bred Townsvillian. Rebecca joined the family business in 2005 after working in the real estate field in Townsville. Rebecca was a Balgal Beach resident at the age of three and has had an immense passion for Townsville’s beachside suburbs ever since.

Rebecca is young, energetic and dedicated to providing the highest level of service for all clients.

Rebecca has been in the Real Estate Sales Industry for some years, but has recently taken over the Property Management division of the business. Rebecca believes in providing high quality service to landlords, ensuring your greatest asset continues to appreciate in value.

Rebecca attends various Property Management seminars to ensure all legislation is followed and to ensure she can provide landlords with the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding their investments.

Donna is a born and bred North Queenslander. Donna was a secondary school teacher for some 25 years, before joining the family real estate business.
